Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to effectively promote the company’s property projects.
2. Collaborate with advertising agencies, consultants, and suppliers to create promotional materials and finalize media schedules.
3. Design and implement marketing materials such as brochures, videos, scale models, and digital campaigns, including managing social media content.
4. Oversee the production of project models, visuals, and sales collaterals to align with branding standards and project objectives.
5. Organize and coordinate sales events, promotional activities, exhibitions, and roadshows.
6. Formulate and review pricing strategies and sales packages to optimize revenue and profitability.
7. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through post-campaign analysis and propose enhancements.
8. Conduct market research and competitor assessments to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
9. Provide recommendations to the Planning & Design team to ensure product concepts align with market demands.
10. Plan and design engaging sales galleries and show units to improve the customer experience.
11. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by obtaining and renewing Developer Licenses (DL) and Advertising Permits (AP) as necessary.

Requirements:

1. A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in property development.
3. In-depth knowledge of marketing, branding principles, and the property market.
4. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
5. Strong analytical skills for market analysis, customer insights, and sales performance evaluation.
6. A dynamic and personable individual with excellent multitasking skills, a proactive learning approach, and a collaborative work style.
