Job Description:

1. Analyze and identify training needs and develop security training programs for all Estate/Mill security workforce to meet business needs.
2. Formulate security training policy/training plan and programme.
3. Coordinate matters relating to mandatory AP Basic Course, outsourced trainings, and In Service Training.
4. Ensure administrative and operational matters of the Security Training Centre. Prepare and implement an annual security training budget plan based on the training requirements and needs.
5. Monitor, design, and expand training and development programmes for security workforce based on the needs of the organization.
6. Collect and collate training materials.
7. Ensure that statutory training requirements are met.
8. Compile and maintain training records.
9. Evaluate training needs and development programmes.
10. Coordinate with Police or relevant training institutions on the conduct of security training.
11. Perform and carry out any other security functions as directed by Head Security from time to time.
