Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for high-level positions locally & globally.
Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process, including streamlining workflows, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with department heads and HR leaders to forecast future talent needs.
Be proactive in talent mapping by identifying potential candidates for key roles before the need arises and maintain detailed records of high-potential talent in a centralized database.
Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Create and manage recruitment marketing campaigns for job openings/future talents across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional network, campaign marketing, etc).
Build and manage relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry groups to develop a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs and increase corporate branding.
Attend career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the company and engage with potential candidates.
Support employer branding initiatives by creating compelling job postings, enhancing the careers section of the company website, participating in awards submission, and promoting the company as an employer of choice.
Focus on bridging the gap between talent acquisition and employer marketing strategies to attract top talent.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
Collaborate with other pillars/departments on any corporate branding projects.
Partner with retail operations to tailor strategies for different roles and geographies.
Implement tools and technologies to improve the recruitment workflow, stakeholder experience, and candidate experience.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
At least 5 years’ proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition trends.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data and metrics for decision-making and process improvement.
Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
