  • Process Optimization: Streamline recruitment workflows by integrating technology and data analytics to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a strategic consultant to hiring managers, offering market insights, industry best practices, and talent trends.
  • Employer Branding & Talent Attraction: Design and implement employer branding initiatives to establish the company as a top employer in the Retail F&B sector.
  • Onboarding & Retention Strategy: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding and early engagement of new hires, fostering long-term retention.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on strategic hiring.
  • Proven track record in workforce planning, employer branding, and talent analytics.
