Job Purpose

To assist Agency Distribution in deriving the objectives of the business and achieving the goals set by the company.

The Job

• Handling special large corporates such as the Malindo Aviation insurance and Travel insurance operations inclusive of Renewal, Endorsement, Payment, and any other related operations.
• Liaison person on GSM association and GELFAAM for the ongoing activities and future propositions.
• Liaison person for cluster groups in GEGM Life Agent Channel.
• Providing support and coordination for the campaign and strategic planning of the Life Agent Channel Segment.
• Initiate new products to cater to the Life Agent market needs.
• Other key initiatives that are deemed relevant.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

The Person:

• Degree in any discipline or insurance qualification (e.g., CMII, AMII, or DMII).
• Experience in sales or marketing; preferably in Financial Products and agent management.
• Good command of the English language (both spoken and written).
• High level of integrity, takes accountability for work, and has a good attitude towards teamwork.
• Takes initiative to improve the current state of things and is adaptable to embrace new changes.
