We are currently seeking dynamic and qualified candidates to join us at AGROMATE(M) SDN BHD.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reconciliation of monthly closing stock for all inventories in the warehouses.
• Responsible for loan and swap stock documentation and update of final report after completion.
• Handling of stocks transfer shipment arrangement within Malaysia.
• Validation of invoices from suppliers.
• Supporting the logistic team for any technical problems arising from the SAP system.
• Supporting the logistic team to comply with laws, regulations, and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Assist Logistics Manager on the bi-annually stock take in all warehouses.
• Assist Logistics Manager to keep track of quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
• Assist Logistics Manager to supervise, coach, and train warehouse logistic workforce.
• Assist Logistics Manager to maintain metrics and data analysis to assess performance and implement improvements.
• Assist Logistics Manager to resolve any arising logistic problems or customer complaints.
• Support and carry out ad-hoc tasks, projects, and assignments given by superiors.

Requirement:

• Possess at least a Degree in Logistics/Business Administration or Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SAP and PIVOT TABLE will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
