Job Responsibilities

• Customer Service Representative: Responsible for interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints. The primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate Export and Import shipment with Freight Forwarding Company and transporter for shipping documents and custom clearance, which include the following:
  • Prepare Commercial Invoice/Packing List/SI/LOI.
  • Check and confirm BOL/K2/K1 accordingly.
  • Submit AANZ /COO application as & when required.
  • Marine Declaration for Insurance coverage.
  • Shipment of samples/documents via COURIER.
• Update stock position on a daily basis & conduct physical stock taking on a monthly basis.
• LMW related matters (Overseer):
  • License and permit renewal for Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) and Bon Am – every 2 years.
  • Monthly Report (M1, M2): must submit by 28th of next month.
  • Yearly Report: M4.
• Take minutes of Management review meeting.
• On Time Delivery Report (OTIF).
• Customer Satisfaction Survey Report.
• CTPAT Compliance.
• SAP user:
  • Prepare Sales Order Confirmation.
  • Issue Sales Invoice.
  • Inbound Logistics.
  • Issue Proforma Invoice for deposit with Order confirmation.
• Ensure ON TIME DELIVERY whether by sea or airfreight.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar field, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in handling documentation related to Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) is a MUST.
• Good inter-personal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in the Export Trade market.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic fast-paced environment.
