Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP Support to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day SAP user activities, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and collaborating closely with both technical teams and end-users. The ideal candidate will have a background in Accounting, Information Systems, or Business, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of SAP is a plus, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential. If you are a team player with the ability to handle complex tasks, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting day to day SAP user activities
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Document function specification and design logics
• Manage user acceptance testing and track issues
• Preparing user manual and providing training to users
• Work closely with technical team on business requirements
• Assist in project implementations

Job Requirements:

• Possess knowledge in SAP is added preference
• Strong business knowledge and ability to interact with users
• 3 – 5 years of related experience
• Ability in problem solving and analytical skills
