Job Description:

• To promote SDGAB and its products/services as per direction set by SDGAB management.
• To prepare monthly sales report, management plan, and yearly sales budget as per timeline given.
• To assist in setting detailed sales targets and monitoring the results.
• To ensure fast and efficient response on sales enquiries, sales orders, and complaint handling.
• To provide training and manage sales executives effectively (Train-the-trainer).
• To monitor and keep track of sales and services offered.
• Support and motivate the sales teams to meet the agreed sales target, and to conduct regional sales meetings and product training.
• Participate in training and seminars for self-improvement as agreed in KPI setting.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in any related fields to the job.
• Bachelor of Agricultural Sciences from UPM, UMS, or any equivalent Advance Diploma (Advance Diploma in Incorporated Society of Planter).
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in handling agricultural products/agrochemicals, oil palm, rice, and cash crops.
• Experience in managing agricultural products dealers or channel partners would be an added advantage.
