Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist/support the Head and Manager in the Facultative Reinsurance daily activities.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical assistance, guidance, and advice to subordinates and other departments.
  • Coordinate and support the marketing for facultative reinsurance inwards business.
  • Prepare and assist in the submission of Division monthly reports.
  • Manage and control CAB Reinsurance Outwards transactions.
  • Perform any other assignments allocated by the Superiors.

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder, preferably in insurance.
  • 3-5 years of related working experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Effective planning and organization skills.
