Job Description

Job Summary:
Monitor and coordinate architecture, planning, and landscaping matters according to the Master Implementation Program.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate design with inter-department and consultants according to MIP.
2. Review drawing from design stage to construction stage to ensure the end products delivered are consistent with the Sales and Purchase Agreement.
3. Assist in resolving architecture, planning, and landscaping issues.
4. Assist in monitoring the budget for architecture and landscaping work.
5. Assist in coordinating colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
6. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
7. Advocate sustainable environmental planning within departments.
8. Demonstrate leadership and commitment for the implementation of the quality and environmental management system in the department/project.
9. Ensure departmental environmental sustainability targets/KPIs are monitored and reported periodically.
10. Comply with all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health, and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.

Skills & Abilities:

• Project Management
• Good design skills
• Knowledge of Housing Developer Act, Building By-Law, and PAM Form of Contract is essential.
• Able to lead the project team from schematic design to handing over of the product to the purchaser.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the related field.
