Assist in developing and implementing People & ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies, policies, and programs.
Execute ESG training, research, reporting, and stakeholder engagement programs.
Support performing materiality assessments, data strategy, action-planning, and reporting.
Manage and maintain various ESG ratings, disclosures, and programs.
Assist in establishing, executing, and communicating ESG initiatives.
Integrate ESG and climate risk-related considerations into business practices.
Organize and conduct staff training on ESG and provide support and coordination on all related ESG activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in HR or ESG-related roles.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives is a plus.
Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Demonstrated passion for sustainability and a strong desire to make a positive environmental impact.
Strong research skills, with a commitment to personal learning and development.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, with 2-4 years of experience working with ESG and/or key sustainability frameworks and principles.
