Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the smooth operation processes to delight our user experience.
Work closely and interact with stakeholders, as well as across Careline, credit team, Risk & Auditor touch-points to develop a seamless process with improvement plans.
Candidate must possess analytic skills and be a self-starter who can drive a team.
Constantly investigate system and operational gaps to improve user satisfaction across all touch points and TAT performance from application to approval.
- Ensure the achievement of the turnaround time and SLA by completing all assigned tasks daily.
- Candidate must have strong product and process skill set.
- Perform "check and balance" on compliance with internal and external policies and conditions/covenants imposed on facilities.
- Strong communication skills are needed to correspond with potential and current internal and external parties, making suggestions that improve business process flow and SOP.
- Ensure all transactions are error-free, especially verifying customer documents and information.
- Ensure all reports are updated and completed in a timely manner.
- Must be very organized and detail-oriented, as they will be responsible for managing operations and records.
- Recommend process improvements on document flow to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure all files and documents are filed and kept properly for future audit purposes.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Credit/Loan or related disciplines.
- Thorough hands-on involvement in key projects and departmental tasks/activities.
- Leadership and organizational abilities.
- Proactiveness in job responsibilities.
- Candidate must have at least 3 years of working experience in operations/lending/banking.
- Meticulous, strong analytical skills, focused on problem-solving, and able to interact with team members and partners to achieve goals.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team and work under tight deadlines.
- Leadership skills are essential when training employees.
- Familiarity with financial and customer service principles is an added advantage.
- Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes.
- Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets, and cost & expenses statistics.
- Problem-solving & positive attitude.
