ASSISTANT MANAGER OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE

Job Details:

1. Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for various aspects of the operations.
2. Generate insightful reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting key metrics and performance against targets.
3. Oversee the production floor system to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the production system into daily workflows, ensuring its optimal utilization for real-time monitoring and decision-making.
5. Implement improvements and updates to the production system as needed, based on user feedback and evolving operational requirements.
6. Manage the data preparation process using Power BI to create visually compelling and informative dashboards.
7. Ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting to support informed decision-making.
8. Provide training and support to operations teams on utilizing Power BI for their day-to-day activities.
9. Develop and implement programs to enhance the safety, quality, and productivity mindset within the operations team.
10. Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and drive the implementation of best practices.
11. Monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
12. Lead initiatives to promote safety consciousness, quality awareness, and productivity mindset among team members.
13. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities to reinforce the desired cultural values.
14. Perform any other departmental task as requested by superior.
