Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Mechanisation located in Lahad Datu. The role involves overseeing day-to-day mechanisation activities, ensuring operational efficiency, maintenance of machinery and equipment, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in the mechanisation process.

Qualifications

1. Plantation, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field knowledge
2. Experience in managing mechanisation activities in oil palm plantation
3. Knowledge of maintenance practices for machinery and equipment
4. Problem-solving and analytical skills
5. Strong leadership and communication skills
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
7. Experience in the agriculture or plantation industry is a plus
8. Bachelor's degree in Plantation, Engineering or relevant field
