In this role, you will be focusing on examining strategic issues impacting the company and its future. This includes conducting macroeconomic, real estate, and corporate finance research and analysis.
The main job scope revolves around providing comprehensive support to the AGM, enabling him/her to focus on strategic priorities and achieve organizational objectives effectively.
Working with the team to add value by helping to generate actionable insights that deliver value to stakeholders. This role provides exposure to real estate across asset classes and geographies, and analytics in a business context, and provides interaction with senior management and internal and external parties.
Key Responsibilities
Attend meetings and record minutes for circulation, documentation, and approvals throughout the department’s operation.
Provide support to the Market Intelligence team as instructed by the AGM including but not limited to rendering assistance to data collection, analysis, strategic planning, site investigations, deck/proposal preparation, and organizing meetings.
Provide executive support, risk management, project management, communication and liaison as well as problem-solving and decision support.
Risk management.
Formulate and clearly articulate proposal/strategy papers to management.
Ability to prepare, filter, and analyze data; prior experience in real estate would be an advantage.
Familiarity with feasibility studies, including design layouts, optimal sales area, compliance with all relevant authorities’ requirements, cost planning, and development planning of land for internal marketing strategy and cash flow projection would be an advantage.

Qualifications
Degree in Real Estate/Finance/Mathematics/Actuarial Science/Economics related discipline.
Good knowledge in finance or engineering would be an advantage.
Minimum 5 years working experience in property development/business development/real estate.
Strong desire to learn all aspects of real estate and the whole lifecycle from investment to divestment.
Skills & Abilities
Familiarity with aspects in typical property development and real estate would be an advantage.
Good command of English (written & verbal) and presents thoughts articulately.
Able to work well in a team.
Fundamentals of market economics.
Must be able to communicate well with others (internal and external stakeholders) in formulating proposals.
