ASSISTANT MANAGER/MANAGER, PROCUREMENT

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare and review pre-qualification and shortlisting of tenderers.
2. Manage contract tendering and award processes.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during tender/award process.
4. Assist in the reviewing of final accounts.
5. Review and evaluate contractors/consultants registrations.
6. Develop and implement procurement strategies.
7. Collaborate with project managers to identify and forecast procurement needs.
8. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
9. Monitor supplier performance, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of goods/services.
10. Lead and mentor the procurement team, providing guidance and training.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 8 – 10 years of working experience in a related field.
3. Strong understanding of procurement processes, tendering, contract management, and negotiations.
4. Proven experience in managing procurement for large-scale property projects and developments.
5. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
