Responsibilities:

1. Establish pricing structure and mechanism that would balance profit, competitiveness and customer’s expectation/satisfaction.
2. Continuous review of warehouse and logistics costs to improve service level and cost efficiency.
3. Generate regular reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide management with valuable information for decision-making.
4. Establish attractive promotions and packages to improve total sales.
5. Continuous negotiations with suppliers and vendors to improve cost effectiveness.
6. Improve Business Process by benchmarking other distributors and industry standards.
7. Optimise resources by embracing automation and artificial intelligence.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any disciplines.
2. Min. 5 years relevant experience in pricing, warehouse and distribution management or related fields at distributor or franchise level.
3. Strong management, communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong leadership and analytical thinking skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
6. Knowledge of automation and artificial intelligence is a plus.
