Assistant Manager/Manager - Finance, Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities:

• To handle full set of finance operations such as Account Receivables, Account Payables, Cash Management, General Ledger, Management Reporting, Taxation and Financial Analysis.
• To prepare/assist in the preparation of Project Profit Computation as per MFRS15 for Developer.
• To prepare/assist in the preparation of Income Tax and Deferred Tax Computation.
• To draft Audited Financial Statement.
• Assist in Cash flow Reporting, Budgeting, Tax planning, Compliance with Risk Management and other exceptional reporting for Property Developer and Trading.
• Any other duty as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; additional certification (ACCA, CIMA, etc.).
• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in financial management, with a preference for experience in the property/real estate industries.
• Full-set accounts and finance operations experience is a must.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
• Proficient in financial software, Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is required to deal with Chinese stakeholders).
• Strategic financial acumen with the ability to support business growth.
• Able to commence work on short notice will be an added advantage.
