Randstad is partnering up with a leading big 10 professional services firm in Malaysia. They are looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager, Corporate Advisory to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage in a range of corporate finance activities, such as financial due diligence, business and equity valuations, and assessing financial viability.
  2. Take full responsibility for drafting and preparing comprehensive reports independently.
  3. Collaborate effectively with team members, providing guidance and support to junior staff during project completion.
  4. Confidently liaise with external stakeholders, ensuring all project expectations are met, including presenting findings and addressing queries during the process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related professional qualification is preferred.
  2. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of economic indicators.
  3. For Assistant Manager roles, a minimum of 3 years of audit experience is required.
  4. For Manager roles, a minimum of 4 years of audit experience is required.
  5. Must be a dedicated, resourceful, and results-driven team player with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work independently under pressure.
  7. Proficient in MS Office applications and other relevant software.
