As a purpose-driven organisation committed to providing the best service and support to our policyholders, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Major Alteration, Policy Servicing. In this role, you are primarily responsible for managing enquiries and amendments on policies, ensuring that it is in line with the organisation’s vision and mission towards providing exceptional customer service.

The Role:

  1. Ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations
  2. Attend to enquiries from policyholders, branches, and agents relating to policy matters in a clear, accurate, and timely manner
  3. Design client retention strategies and efforts to conserve policies
  4. Investigate complaints and provide recommendations for solutions
  5. Review and streamline processes
  6. Act as backup for Front Line Customer Service team
  7. Support and actively participate in Disaster Recovery plan activities
  8. Synchronise policy processing practices according to implementation of revised practices
  9. Attend and monitor tasks within set turnaround time
  10. Other responsibilities entailed

The Person:

  1. Possess Degree in Communication, Management, Business Administration or Insurance
  2. Minimum requirement: FLMI or Diploma in MII or part ACII, AMII
  3. Has at least 3-4 years working experience in life insurance, preferably in Customer Service or Actuarial
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Proficient in MS Office
