• Overseeing all aspects of logistic and warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, staff supervision, and coordinating the movement of goods throughout the supply chain, ensuring efficient logistics processes for inbound and outbound to meet delivery deadlines and optimize costs.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Liaison with custom authority related to custom monthly report, LMW license renewal and custom related matters.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and analyze logistics data to look for cost-saving opportunities.
• Supervise warehouse and shipping staff, ensuring productivity and efficiency on stock management, shipping documents and labels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of logistic and warehouse leadership and management experience in a manufacturing environment with strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Familiar with LMW, logistics, common freight, and other related shipping activities and procedures.
• Able to communicate effectively with good negotiation skills.
• Experience with ISO, RBA and other systems environment.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP is a plus.
