Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and direct the workforce in the day-to-day operations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the inbound and outbound operations of CDC.
• Oversee receiving, picking, distribution activities, and arrangement of goods within CDC to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• Liaise with superior, suppliers, transport companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations within process transformation and operations.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning team, Production Centre, and Operation team to meet delivery and quality requirements.
• Participate in the planning and execution of the Company’s strategic development projects towards continuous improvement and growth.
• Plan to ensure set objectives for CDC are met; make recommendations for changes when the need arises.
• Manage the 3PL provider to ensure efficient product movement and minimal damages at the most optimum practical cost.
• Maintain physical condition of CDC by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting tools and equipment, approving work orders for repair, and requisitions for replacement.
• Ensure effective and safe use of CDC equipment and vehicles.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate new outlets setup.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing safety procedures and protocols.
• Proficiency in SOP by setting up, implementing, and enforcing.
• Ensure 5S within CDC.
• Prepare regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; maintain documentation and keeping accurate records of CDC activities.
• Other tasks as assigned by the superior/management.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge in logistics function.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Team player who can lead, manage, train, and motivate subordinates to achieve high-performance operations.
• Able to work independently and self-motivated.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to function with minimal supervision.
