You will be responsible for overseeing and supporting various legal aspects within the company’s operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will work closely with the Legal Manager and the Head of Legal and Regulatory Compliance, providing assistance and support in all legal and compliance-related matters.

The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:

• Track and analyze regulatory requirements and updates related to Multi-level Marketing (MLM) operations, including managing product distribution approvals with the relevant authorities.
• Act as a liaison between regulatory authorities and corporate service providers regarding the company’s local and international approvals and licenses.
• Engage with DSAM and international direct selling associations concerning the company’s distributorship and membership matters.
• Provide guidance to departments and teams on trademark and patent application processes.
  Oversee and ensure compliance with all personal data protection laws.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and senior management to develop, update, and communicate compliance policies and procedures. Ensure that relevant stakeholders understand and adhere to these policies across the organization.
• Conduct employee training on regulatory requirements, compliance policies, ethical standards, and legal matters. Foster a culture of compliance through continuous education and awareness programs.
• Identify and assess potential risks and compliance challenges related to new products, marketing materials, and business practices. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate regulatory and legal risks.
• Keep track of changes in regulatory requirements and industry trends that may affect the company, and inform management of any significant updates.
• Serve as a point of contact for external regulatory agencies, industry associations, and legal advisors as necessary. Assist internal stakeholders in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:

• A Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Demonstrated experience in legal research, preparing and drafting legal documents, drafting agreements, managing intellectual property, handling contract management, and overseeing regulatory compliance, preferably within the Multi-level Marketing (MLM) industry.
• Strong knowledge and experience with the regulatory frameworks governing the MLM industry, including consumer protection laws, advertising standards, and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments and organizational levels.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
