Assistant Manager, Legal

Your new company

You will be working for a leading Telecommunications company who is looking for an Assistant Legal Manager to be based in Cyberjaya. Being in a fast-paced environment, they are on a hunt for a competent legal counsel to join their organisation and be a part of their robust legal team.

Your new role

As the Assistant Legal Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Negotiating and drafting legal documents and agreements
2. Providing legal advisory to the organisation
3. Support and conducting legal research
4. Liaising with external counsels
5. Supporting contracting needs
6. Providing support in various corporate commercial transactions within the organisation

What you'll need to succeed

In order to qualify for this role, you must:

1. Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualified experience
2. Strong legal drafting skills and abilities
3. Possess private practice experience within established law firms
4. Well articulated with strong communication skills
