Assistant Manager, Key Account (Melaka)

Maximize the revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account based on the regional business strategy. Build a foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit based on the trust and teamwork with the channel accounts.

• Building long-term mutually beneficial relationships with the dealers to keep them motivated.
• Training dealers’ employees for proper display and educating them about product features.
• Arranging/ organizing service backup for the dealers.
• Give guidelines to the dealers regarding promotional activities.
• Ensure that promotional material is properly displayed.

• Ensure proper and efficient after-sales support to the dealer.
• Give feedback to the dealer regarding his sales support to the customer.

• Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of reports regarding market activities, Competitors' Products/ Prices,/ Promotion activities to the Branch Manager.
• Prepare dealer reports related to sales figures, collections, scheme achievement, etc.
• Send reports regarding discount schemes, figures, distribution of gifts, etc., to the accounts department.

• Managing the distribution of goods, which are in high demand but short in supply.
• Maintaining contacts with competitors’ dealers to extract information.

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales Management, or any related field.
• Experience of 4-6 years, preferably in the Consumer Electronics Industry, with at least 2 to 3 years of sales experience.
• Candidates from the FMCG and Retail industry are encouraged to apply.
• Good Communication and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to be based in Melaka.
