Responsibilities

• As SAP Functional Lead Consultant, deliver assigned SAP Projects, enhancements, or other assigned projects (at least more than 2 cycles of Roll Out).
• Participate actively in business solution/design discussions and propose adequate solutions to business users.
• Configure SAP as needed to meet business requirements.
• Work closely with other functional consultants and system integrators end-to-end on system and business processes to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Lead the SAP team and projects, providing guidance and full support to the business.
• Serve as a leading authority in architecting enterprise solutions to sustain large volumes of content from multiple sources.

Job Requirements

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in SAP cross-functional modules, especially configuration, for at least 5-8 years with several end-to-end projects delivered.
• Added advantage if from a Plantation background.
• Demonstrate skills in systems design and development processes, including requirements analysis, feasibility studies, software design, programming, pilot testing, installation, and evaluation.
• Possess strong organizational, team-leading, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• SAP Certification on FICO is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel if needed.
