DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Industrial Relations
- To advise the Head Unit and management team in relations to industrial relation matters.
- To propose a strategic plan in resolving matters pertaining to industrial relations.
- To be the Company’s representative in any issue pertaining to industrial relations.
- To share knowledge in industrial relations issue to the team in order for the team to enhance their knowledge.
- Promote healthy relationships between staff and management and maintain industrial harmony.
- Disciplinary Issues
- To advise the Head Unit and management team where necessary pertaining to disciplinary issues.
- To develop and maintain a positive working relationship between the Company and staff.
- To provide advice for staff where necessary in solving any disciplinary issues.
- To issue show cause/warning/reminder letter to relevant staff who are involved in any disciplinary issues.
- Assist in managing the staff disciplinary issues.
- To provide awareness to the staff of the Company’s rules and regulations.
- Assist in doing investigation when needed.
- Assist the Head Unit in providing reports.
- Others
- To assist the Head Unit in any human resource matters.
- Any other tasks with regards to human resources that are instructed by the Company from time to time.
Anti-Corruption Commitments
To assist the Management on the effectiveness of anti-bribery management system by communicating the Anti-corruption Policy to the subordinates and taking appropriate action to the non-compliance of the relevant policies, guidelines and SOPs and active engagement in the management’s activities relevant to Anti-Corruption Management System.
Qualification and Experiences
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Hands-on experience in Industrial Relations matters.
- Experience in human resource management.
- Able to work independently, good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate well with all levels of people.
- Proficient in English, with good oral and written communication skills.
- Resourceful & Analytical with strong leadership qualities.
- Diplomatic and discreet.
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant working experience preferably in Human Resource.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel.
- Strong knowledge of all labour legislations i.e Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Labour Law, EPF Act. Socso Act.

Salary Range: RM6,500 Per Month
