Responsibilities:
- Employee Matters - Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Performance Management - Oversee performance appraisal processes, provide guidance on employee development, and manage succession planning.
- HR Policies - Develop, review, and implement HR policies in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
- Admin Matters - Supervise and manage administrative functions to maintain operational efficiency.
Undertake any ad-hoc responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in HR with 5 years above of HR experience with 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Knowledge of Labor Law, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
- Good leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with integrity.
- Experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
