Coach and mentor heads of departments and leaders to build a strong team aligned with company philosophy, enhancing business development.
Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to provide HR guidance on talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, employee relations & engagement, and compensation & benefits.
Support core HR functions throughout the employee life cycle, including employee retention through exit interviews and check-ins with employees, expatriates, and fresh graduates.
Foster HR initiatives and implementations, manage projects, and provide Group HQ-specific inputs for talent development strategies.
Drive the overall workforce planning process to support the growth and needs of the business.
Manage employee disciplinary issues, providing proper advice and guidance to heads of departments in managing cases.
