Position: Assistant Manager, Human Resource
Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day HR operations activities.
- Manage the delivery of pre-onboarding activities which include offer letter preparation, background screening check, and onboarding support.
- Support all employee life cycle processes e.g. onboarding, leave administrative, transfer, international assignment, exit management and identify the changes in processes based on the operating model.
- Accurate and timely employee life-cycle management throughout the year including timely and accurate documentation.
- Ensure the accuracy of the invoices received for HR related services is paid promptly.
- Manage mobility and relocation support to potential expatriate talent including visa renewal process. Expertise in MDEC, PERKESO and immigration related regulations and practices.
- Handle HRDF related training grant reimbursement process.
- Ensure data integrity in the Workday HRIS system is at required levels and business processes are streamlined and aligned.
- Assist with any ad-hoc projects and tasks where applicable.
Requirements:
- A Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 4-6 years of experience within Human Resources operations.
- Curious and creative; develop innovative approaches to solving data-related challenges and improve ways of working.
- Ability to prioritize and simultaneously execute on multiple projects with varied deadlines.
- Strong relationship-building, partnering, influencing, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail, balanced with the ability to see the big picture.
- Excellent work ethic and self-motivated; able to manage work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities and flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
