Job Responsibilities:
- Inventory Auditor role for Warehouse (Food and Non-Food), Construction Store and Theme Park Technical inventories.
- Lead the inventory compliance and perform audits for Warehouse, construction store, and theme park store which includes:
- Assessing inventory management processes and controls to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Develop and work with respective stakeholders to implement improvements to inventory control measures.
- Review the Warehouse MRP performance to recommend improvements on forecasting demand and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
- Audit inventory levels and ensure operations have proper tracking and safeguarding for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures related to inventory management.
- Head of F&B Cost Control department:
- Recommend pricing strategies based on cost analysis and competitor performance.
- Develop SOP for analyzing the cost of food ingredients and menu items.
- Work closely with F&B chef on menu engineering to optimize offerings.
- Lead the audit role in F&B Ops procedures to control portion sizes.
- Produce management reports of Inventory & Cost control on a timely manner for discussion and decision making.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on key initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A good degree in Accounting or related professional qualifications.
- Member of a professional body (e.g., MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MACPA, CPA, ICAA).
- Minimum 4 years accounting experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Meticulous, highly organized, and strong leadership qualities.
- Good interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
