Oversee finance operations for property development projects across multiple regions, including Australia, the UK, and Singapore.
Manage daily financial functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, management reporting, and treasury while ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and quarterly reporting, coordinating with operational teams across subsidiaries.
Financial Planning & Compliance:
Prepare budgets and cash flow projections at both project and investment holding company levels.
Lead the finalization of statutory audits, financial statements, and corporate tax filings across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements.
Strategic Finance & Process Improvement:
Support due diligence, risk assessment, and pre-deal reviews for new property acquisitions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within finance operations.
Stakeholder & Regulatory Engagement:
Liaise with tax agents, auditors, banks, company secretaries, and regulatory bodies as required.
Collaborate with joint venture partners and internal stakeholders on finance and operational matters.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting or recognized Professional qualification, prefer member of MIA or equivalent professional accounting bodies.
Skills & Abilities
Good working knowledge of statutory act related to financial accounting (Accounting Standard) and financial instruments.
