Qualifications & experience

• Degree in Accounting / ACCA qualification
• Preferably with proven work experience in a similar or related role; candidates with auditing/service/healthcare industry experience are encouraged to apply
• Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of related accounting software

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assist in managing a team of billing staff and provide guidance and support as needed
• Oversee the administration of the billing process, credit control, and collection policies
• Develop and maintain department policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Review billing processes periodically and make recommendations for improvement, initiating corrective plans and control measures
• Analyse reports and perform revenue forecasts
