We are now inviting qualified individuals to join this team in the role of Assistant Manager Finance.

Principal Responsibilities

1. Provide assistance in managing the operations of the Financial Reporting section and provides accurate and timely financial reporting for the Bank to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and other relevant authorities.
2. Ensure accurate and timely submission of the Bank’s returns and additional information to BNM; Audit comm and competitor analysis to senior management and director, and other ad-hoc reports to BNM and other stakeholders.
3. Plan, prepare, interpret, analyze, comment and submit financial reports on a timely basis to senior management, BNM and other relevant authorities.
4. Assist in the preparation of interim and annual statutory accounts.
5. Assist in coordination submission of statutory accounts in accordance with requirements of BNM.
6. Engage in on-going education in respect of Malaysian and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and liaise with BNM and external auditors.
7. Ensure effective support to senior management.
8. Collate and provide commentary and variance reporting, as well as competitor bank analysis.
9. Contribute to the Bank’s profitability.
10. Provide management with prompt data/information for decision-making purposes.
11. Ensure development and performance of his/her staff.
12. Resolve staff problems, review training needs and provide counseling.
