Ensure the maintenance and operation of public facilities, including offices, roads, street lighting, landscaping, rest area and other company facilities;
Ensure all facilities are compliant with safety and environmental regulations;
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs;
Ensure the provision of food and beverage services to employees, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness;
Oversee accommodation facilities for workers, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort;
Coordinate transportation services for employees, ensuring reliability and efficiency;
Prepare and manage budgets for facilities and services, monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures;
Conduct regular financial analysis to ensure spending aligns with budgetary constraints;
Lead and develop a team of facilities and service staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management;
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement;
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services;
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their needs;
Develop and manage contract relationships with external service providers;
Develop policies and regulations required to achieve the objectives of the department;
Collaborate with senior management to implement policies that enhance operational efficiency and safety;
Ensure all facilities and services comply with health and safety regulations;
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks;
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification in facilities management (e.g., IFMA, BIFM) is preferred.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in facilities and services management, preferably in a large-scale industrial setting.
Proven track record of managing budgets and leading teams effectively.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in facilities management software and tools.
