Assistant Manager, Estate (Based in Sabah)
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Manager and planning of estate operation.
- Execute estate operation according to the company's Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assisting the Manager in coordinating and supervising work programs and workers.
- Managing the estate according to the principles and criteria of RSPO.
- Prepare monthly progress reports, forecasts, yearly budgets, and ad-hoc reports including updates during site visits by Headquarter members.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in managing mature and immature oil palm estates, including replanting activities.
- Physically fit and able to do physical work.
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
