Assistant Manager, Customer Account Management

Job Summary
This position is in charge of sending outbound communication to customers, involvement in process and system enhancement initiatives, monitoring of excess policy payments, customer data cleaning and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. In charge of annual statements, daily and adhoc notices/outbound communication to customers and intermediaries
  2. Assist in project and enhancement initiatives related to policy account
  3. In charge of prepay and payable management
  4. In charge of reporting to regulatory bodies, auditors and other internal/external parties
  5. In charge of customers and policies data cleaning

Key Requirements
  1. Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  2. Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  3. Result-oriented with a sense of urgency towards True Customer Centricity
  4. Good command of spoken and written English
  5. Willing to work long hours
