Open Position: Assistant Manager, Corporate Finance (Financial Institution)

A Financial Institution is currently hiring for Assistant Manager, Corporate Finance to join them and be based in the Kuala Lumpur Office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Review and execute the Corporate finance activities, forecasting and projections
• Support the Business Development team for investment opportunities
• Prepare and present financial modeling, assist in due diligence, business valuation as well as reviewing transactions
• Work closely with business stakeholders with a good understanding of the rules and regulations from the Bank Negara, Security Commission, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

• Holds a professional qualification in Accounting/Finance such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, etc.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
