Job Title: Assistant Manager, Contract & SLA Management
Reports To: Manager, Contract & SLA Management
Role Purpose: Provide support and control to the Manager of Airport Services, Ground Handling & Contract Management, in crafting the Service Level Agreement together with the OPS team, negotiating and getting vendor's agreement on the Service Level Agreement at both Domestic and International stations without compromising on safety and service quality to support company's direction and aspiration as well as to assist the Contract Manager in contractual and costing matters, ensure compliance with relevant laws.
