About the role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Business Operations to join our dynamic team. Based in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office, this full-time role will see you playing a key part in the overall business operations and administrative functions of our project management company.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and managing various projects.
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the management team to ensure the smooth running of the business.
  • Overseeing and coordinating office procedures, policies and standards.
  • Managing the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Assisting with the planning and organisation of company events and meetings.
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient solutions.
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the management team as required.

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in an office management or business operations role, preferably within project management and/or administration industry.
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in the use of computer systems and software.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of human resources best practices and office administration procedures.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
