Assistant Manager, Business Excellence, Group Chief Executive Officer's Office

This role requires a candidate with a strong background in process optimisation, project management and change management, coupled with the ability to implement cost-reduction strategies effectively. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct in-depth process analyses, and implement changes while ensuring seamless transitions through effective change management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing cost reduction initiatives as guided by senior team members.
• Help with gathering data and preparing documentation to support program objectives.
• Work with departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
• Facilitate basic communication and updates between teams.
• Assist in tracking resource usage, such as budget and personnel, for ongoing initiatives.
• Identify minor risks or challenges and escalate them to the Deputy Manager or Manager.
• Help monitor progress by updating key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare simple reports or summaries for internal use.
• Support change management activities by providing information and assisting in addressing basic employee queries.
• Assist in ensuring initiatives meet basic quality standards and follow established guidelines.
