The Role:

1. Establish initiatives to meet Sales Strategies
2. Drive organic growth from existing agents & customers
3. Continuously recruit new agents
4. Take full responsibility for credit control & premium collection
5. Provide training to agents and other intermediaries
6. Engage socially with corporate clients
7. Conduct risk inspections before acceptance
8. Accept & underwrite risks within authority limits & guidelines
9. Work with customers on risk management
10. Adhere to AMLA provisions & other relevant compliance matters pertaining to OACM & the Great Eastern Group policies
11. Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
12. Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies
13. Highlight potential concerns/risks and proactively share best risk management practices

The Person:

1. Bachelor's degree in any field
2. High level of integrity, accountability, and a good attitude towards teamwork
3. Takes initiative to improve current processes and is adaptable to change
