Job description
Company Overview A leading integrated group in Sarawak, specializing in cement manufacturing, construction materials, property development, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, review, and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure operational resilience.
Collaborate with the Risk Management team and conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses (BIA) to identify vulnerabilities and critical business functions.
Establish and maintain crisis management frameworks to support incident response and recovery efforts.
Coordinate and lead business continuity drills and training programs for employees to enhance preparedness.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and assess emerging threats, operational risks, and evolving best practices to enhance the organization’s resilience.
Maintain and update business continuity documentation, ensuring alignment with company policies.
Provide regular reports and recommendations to management on business continuity strategies and improvements.
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR), or Risk Management.
Strong knowledge of business continuity frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in business impact analysis, crisis response planning, and emergency preparedness exercises.
