Assistant Manager, Brand & Product Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager, Brand & Product Marketing at AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd. This full-time position is based in our Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur office. In this strategic role, you will play a crucial part in driving the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies to elevate the AEON Credit Service brand and promote our diverse range of products and services.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement
  • Manage the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including digital content, advertising, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and coordinate product launches and promotions
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to inform future marketing strategies
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the brand identity, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
  • Support the planning and coordination of events, sponsorships, and other brand-building initiatives
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing recommendations for optimisation

What we're looking for

  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful integrated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and content management
  • Creativity and a keen eye for design, with the ability to conceptualise and produce impactful visuals
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry or consumer credit products would be an advantage
