Responsibilities:

• Undertake business development activities for all products under the Kawan Group of Companies, including the development of new distribution channels, managing new & existing distributors, and growing market share.
• Assist in formulating plans to develop sales and market shares for various brands.
• Maintain close links and develop rapport with key account customers to maximize sales growth at the lowest possible costs.
• Work closely with appointed distributors and their sales teams to attain sales targets in line with the company strategies.
• Support the Area Manager in planning and executing promotional and marketing activities.
• Monitor distributor sales against targets monthly, report on shortcomings, and propose rectification measures.
• Provide monthly reports to the Area Manager on activities, planned activities for the following month, and sales versus targets on a distributor basis.
• Carry out other duties as directed by Management in line with competencies associated with the above processes.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry.
• Good interpersonal sales and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, training, coaching, and motivation skills.
• Well-versed in market trends.
• Capable of working under high-pressure situations and time constraints.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Possess own transport and be able to travel extensively.
