Assistant Manager, Agency Planning and Performance

If you are an analytical thinker, experienced in deriving insights and formulating business strategies through data and analytics, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Agency Planning & Performance.

The Role:

  1. Analytics and Planning
    • Prepare data trend analysis and simulation for new initiatives and projects
    • Gather and consolidate data required for projects
    • Perform post-mortem analysis for all projects
  2. Agency Distribution Monitoring and Reporting
    • Conduct Agency sales and key metrics performance analysis for monthly and quarterly management reports
    • Assist Head of AP & P in preparing monthly Senior Management Team/RM/BDM Business Review Decks and reports
    • Prepare key metrics progress reports to regions/branches on a monthly basis
  3. Business Activities Communication
    • Prepare and consolidate quarterly communication deck on agency activities

The Person:

  1. Possess a recognized degree in Mathematics or Actuarial Science preferably
  2. Has 3-5 years working experience in the related field
  3. Excellent verbal and written skills
  4. Good understanding of data structure
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office
