Due to the aggressive development of the business, they are looking for an Assistant Manager, Accounting to further add value to the business from a finance perspective.

Job Description

As this role is essential to the organization, it is vital candidate comes with a track record of delivery and proven experience. Among the many responsibilities are listed below:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Guide and support the accounting team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee monthly and annual financial closings, preparing accurate and timely reports.
  • Process Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to the company's policies and local regulations, ensuring accurate accounting records.
  • Customer & Vendor Relations: Build strong relationships with customers and vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain trust.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process.
  • System Management: Ensure accurate data input and maintenance within the ERP system.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Assistant Manager, Accounting will be confident in leading from the front and be responsible for the growth of the company and must possess the below requirements:

Key Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial audit, with a proven ability to lead small teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English essential, additional languages beneficial.
