Oversee the full scope of QA department operations, including incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality control, documentation, and equipment usage.
Lead new sample approval projects and revisions, ensuring timely completion according to customer and OEM project requirements.
Manage and respond immediately to customer complaints, conduct in-house investigations, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure QMS (ISO 9001) is properly established, implemented, and maintained. Report quality failures and suggest improvements.
Supervise and guide QA executives, engineers, and technicians with clear objectives and responsibilities.
Conduct regular in-house quality training for QA/QC staff and production operators.
Participate in internal/external audits and customer meetings, including daily production reviews.
Monitor departmental KPIs and initiate quality improvement initiatives to meet business objectives.
Conduct supplier audits, manage compliance audits, and support sample-stage quality reviews.
Review and verify QA-related documents such as inspection specifications, FMEA, control charts, mill certs, packaging guidelines, and GP WEB.
Lead internal quality improvement efforts such as scrap reduction and containment actions.
Assist in responding to customer regulatory queries and support ISO 9001 certification activities.
