What You'll Be Doing:

1. Lead & manage a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
2. Multitask & problem-solve to keep everything running efficiently.
3. Coordinate across departments to improve workflow and communication.
4. Work independently while making smart, strategic decisions.
5. Understand people & workplace dynamics to maintain a strong, motivated team.

Who We're Looking For:

1. 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role.
2. Experience in leading a team and handling daily operations.
3. Excellent multitasking & communication skills – able to manage different tasks effectively.
4. Proactive & independent – someone who takes initiative, not just follows instructions.
5. People-savvy – knows how to manage and motivate a team while handling workplace situations smartly.
